CSC Roof Buttress Covers

Description

Porsche 981 and 718 Spyder roof buttress Cover Plates. The finishing touch to your sports car. Covers the unsightly hole left with the roof down on these beautifully sleek cars with a bespoke branded roof plate. 

Branded as CSC for Craig’s Spyder Club members.  Complete with unique CSC key fob in matching colours, keyring cover plate holder and a velvet pouch to store your cover plates in your glove box.

Easy to fit and remove. A few pointers to make it easier still.

1. Keep the cover plates warm (room temperature) so the rubber backing remains flexible for ease of fitting.
2. Position the cover over the corresponding buttress plate aperture
3. Point the front of the cover plate down (section facing the front of the car) into the aperture and push down gently.
4. Press around the entire cover. The cover plate will slide into the aperture.
5. Hold the cover plate and push down and twist gently clockwise and anticlockwise until it moves freely a little in the buttress plate. Once it moves back and forth a few millimeters, it means it has locked in place.
6. Remove by pulling up the cover from the rear section.

Please ensure the covers have locked in place before driving away. If it doesn’t move a little whilst in the buttress plate aperture, it’s not locked in. 

Take care of and be gentle with your covers. They are made of plastic and will mark if scratched or dropped. Protect from prolonged hot sunshine.

Remove if the car is left unattended. If you can remove them easily, so can anyone else.
